Soldier Training 2.0 is a brand-new extended program utilizing the same training style used by Sebastian Stan for his role as The Winter Soldier within the Marvel Universe.
This is a 9-week/5-day program with workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes per session.
The program focuses on building a “performance physique” including shredding body fat, building lean muscle, generating athleticism, all while working on mobility and flexibility.

The program is sold as a one-time purchase and you own the program forever. The program is only available on the Playbook App which is available for iOS and Android.

You will need access to a Gym. This program utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, weight machines, Swiss balls, and more.
For people working out from home, substitute the machines for similar exercises with the free weights. i.e., you can substitute a Dumbbell Bent Over Row instead of the Cable Row.

If you haven’t exercised in a while and just jumped into this program, start with weights that are easily controlled by you. Don’t risk an injury. In the beginning, just try to be consistent.
